Kids Yoga Teacher

As a mother of 2 and a volunteer at my daughter’s elementary school, I have seen many young children getting stressed, anxious, overwhelmed, limiting their ability to realize their fullest potential. My personal practice of yoga had a significant impact on reducing stress and anxiety which made me decide that I wanted to dedicate the next chapter of my life to help young children through the introduction of yoga and meditation in their formative years. In 2017, I took 200 hours of yoga teacher training. Since summer of 2017, I’ve been teaching at my daughter’s elementary school & from my home studio to kids 5-14 years old.
